Papa Cicco’s is unlike normal pizza dough, our Pinsa Romana uses a majority of soy flour and sourdough, allowing for 2/3 less gluten. Its unique ingredient mixture and slow leavening process increases its complex flavor profile and makes it more easily digestible.
